Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation guidelines for all Envirolux Biodiesel Private Limited ('Bhar Bike') services.

General Policy

Bhar Bike (operated by Envirolux Biodiesel Private Limited) is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service — bike rental, advertising campaign, investment, or franchise — as detailed below.

Bike Rental Refunds

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error verified by our team.

If a ride is cancelled before the bike is unlocked, the full booking amount is refunded to your wallet within 24–48 hours.

If a bike is unavailable at the selected hub due to Bhar Bike's fault, you will receive a full refund or credit to your wallet.

Partial refunds may apply if a ride is ended early due to vehicle breakdown caused by Bhar Bike — assessed case by case.

Advertising Campaign Refunds

Ad campaigns cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations within 7 days of campaign start may receive a partial refund based on slots already reserved and creative production costs incurred.

Once a campaign is live, refunds are not available for completed days. Unused future slots may be rescheduled or partially refunded at Bhar Bike's discretion.

If we are unable to deliver agreed impressions due to operational failure on our end, a pro-rata credit or refund will be issued.

Investment & Franchise Refunds

Investment and franchise payments are governed by the specific agreement signed between the investor/partner and Bhar Bike. Refund terms are outlined in that agreement.

Before vehicle allocation and agreement execution, earnest money deposits may be refundable minus administrative charges if the investor withdraws in writing within the cooling-off period stated in the agreement.

After allocation and activation, investment amounts are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or mutual written agreement.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email info@bharbike.com with your registered phone number, transaction ID, booking/campaign reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or Bhar Bike wallet, depending on the payment channel.

Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional business days for UPI, card, or net banking refunds (overall timeline of 3–5 business days for cards/UPI back to source).

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: traffic fines and penalties charged during rental, damage repair costs due to rider negligence, subscription fees for completed billing cycles, and third-party charges (payment gateway fees, insurance premiums).
