By accessing or using Bhar Bike's website, mobile app, bike rental services, advertising platform, or investment programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bhar Bike ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Envirolux Biodiesel Private Limited (CIN: U23201MH2022PTC380424), which operates EV bike rental, mobile hoarding advertising, franchise and investment services across India under the brand Bharat ka Bhar.

We provide electric bike rental for delivery and personal mobility, mobile advertising on our EV fleet, franchise hub partnerships, and fleet investment programs. Service availability may vary by city and is subject to operational capacity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice where possible.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence (where applicable) to rent a Bhar Bike. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, KYC, and booking. False or misleading information may result in account suspension.

Rental bookings are subject to vehicle availability, hub operating hours, and wallet balance. Riders must comply with all traffic laws and use helmets as required by local regulations.

You are responsible for the bike during the rental period, including damage, theft, or misuse. Late returns, traffic violations, and penalties may be charged to your wallet or registered payment method.

Advertisers must submit accurate campaign creatives and comply with applicable advertising standards. Bhar Bike reserves the right to reject content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or harmful to brand reputation.

Campaign slots, routes, and impressions are subject to operational schedules. Performance metrics are provided on a best-effort basis through our advertiser dashboard.

Investment and franchise offerings are subject to separate agreements, due diligence, and regulatory requirements. Projected returns mentioned on the website are illustrative and not guaranteed.

Investors and franchise partners must complete all documentation and comply with payment schedules as per their signed agreement.

All prices, rental rates, ad packages, and investment amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. We may update pricing with notice on our website or app.

Payments are processed through approved payment gateways. Failed or disputed transactions should be reported to info@bharbike.com within 7 days.

Bhar Bike is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including weather, government orders, or infrastructure failures.

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and software — is owned by Bhar Bike or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
